Take part in FREE outdoor sessions across the borough with Lampton Leisure! With a range of activities for all ages and abilities there’s something to suit everyone and no membership required.
These sessions will be available every week for 6 weeks from Monday 26 July until Thursday 2 September, giving residents the opportunity to take part in a range of activities free of charge.
Head to Osterley for some athletics, netball or a fun filled family sports day, Heston for an over 50's health walk or an outdoor session or bring the kids down to Hanworth for a family fitness day. The choice is yours!
Everyone and anyone can take part, there's no need to buy a Lampton Leisure membership. Simply visit the Lampton Leisure website to register for an account and head to the relevant centre where the session is held. Bookings are available 7 days in advance.
