Learn to Nordic Walk and you could burn up to 40% more calories!

Nordic walking is a special walking technique which uses walking poles to work the whole body as you walk. The use of poles means your upper body muscles are used as well as your legs. In addition, the extra propulsion the poles give make you work harder, but the support of the poles makes it feel easier!
