Beat The Street is coming to Hounslow

Beat The Street is coming to Hounslow, the website has now launched where you can register for the challenge which begins on 14 October.

Everyone is invited to take part in the challenge. Beat The Street is a programme to get more people walking and cycling with rewards at the end, the challenge involves tapping your own personal Beat The Street card on special 'Beat Boxes' located across Feltham, Cranford and Heston. You need to swipe a minimum of 2 'beat boxes' to record a journey to which your points are recorded, to find out more information visit the Beat The Street website. Beat The Street cards will be available from local libraries, GP's or leisure centres- you will need to register it online before the 14 October when the programme starts.

Go online to see where the Beat Boxes are placed and get ready for the start of the challenge next week! 

Children at particpating schools in the Feltham, Cranford and Heston areas will be taking part of the SWITCH programme where pupils are challenged to walk, scoot or cycle to swiping 'beat boxes' on their journey to school to claim points and prizes .
