Walking is a social activity. It’s a really great way to meet people, get chatting, and have fun, all whilst improving your health and cutting your carbon footprint. Not only this, if you’re walking to improve your health, joining a group can be a really great way to keep you motivated – it allows you to encourage each other, and dissuades you from bailing out at the last minute.
There are a number of group walks taking place every week here in Hounslow, including health walks, school walks designed for parents after dropping of children at school, and jogging for the more active.
